Our Commitment

34RESETS LLC wants 34resets.com to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control, or reduced motion settings.

If something on this site keeps you from doing what you came to do, that is a problem we want to know about and fix.

The Standard We Are Working Toward

We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.1, at Level AA.

We do not claim to conform to it today. No formal accessibility audit has been carried out on this site. Saying otherwise would be a claim we have not earned, and an untrue accessibility claim is worse than an honest gap.

We will not state a conformance level on this page until an audit has actually been carried out. When one is, we will publish what it found, including what it found wrong.

What Has Been Built In

These have been considered during development:

• Semantic structure. Pages use real headings, landmarks, lists, and links rather than styled elements pretending to be them.
• Keyboard use. Interactive elements are standard buttons, links, and form fields, which are reachable and operable with a keyboard.
• Form labels. Form fields carry accessible labels so a screen reader announces what each field is for.
• Light and dark themes. The site offers both, with a manual toggle, so you are not forced into a contrast level that does not work for you.
• Text based content. Pages are real text, not images of text, so they can be zoomed, restyled, and read aloud.
• Descriptive links. Link text describes where it goes rather than saying "click here".

Known Gaps

We would rather list these than pretend they do not exist.

• No formal audit. Nothing on this site has been tested against the guidelines by an auditor or by users of assistive technology.
• Motion. The site uses scroll triggered reveal animations and a scrolling marquee. We have not verified that every animation is fully suppressed when a visitor's system requests reduced motion.
• Colour contrast. Contrast ratios have not been measured across every text and background combination in both light and dark themes.
• Images. Alternative text has not been audited across every image on the site.
• Third party content. Where we link out to streaming stores, retailers, and social platforms, those sites are outside our control and we cannot guarantee their accessibility.

Each gap above is stated from the site as built rather than from a test result. They are open work, not accepted limits. If one of them is blocking you from using something on this site, tell us at hi@34resets.com and we will treat that as the priority rather than waiting for an audit to reach it.

Getting Content In Another Format

If you need something we publish in a different format, ask and we will try to provide it.

• Music. Lyrics can be provided in text form on request.
• Podcast. Transcripts will be provided for published episodes. No episodes are published yet.
• Books. Availability of large print, audio, and accessible digital editions depends on the retailer and the format. Ask us and we will tell you what exists.
• Anything else on the site. Ask.

Reporting A Barrier

If you hit something that does not work for you, tell us. Email hi@34resets.com with the subject line "Accessibility" and include:

• The page you were on.
• What you were trying to do.
• What happened instead.
• The browser, device, and any assistive technology you were using, if you know it.

We aim to acknowledge within two business days and to tell you what we can do and when. If a fix will take time, we will offer another way to get what you needed in the meantime.

You do not need to know the technical vocabulary. "The menu will not open with my keyboard" is a perfect report.

Accessibility is not a box we tick once. If you use assistive technology and have thoughts about how this site could work better for you, we want to hear them, and we will take them seriously.
