Current Status Of Our Offerings
We publish this so that our policies are read against what is actually running today rather than what is planned.
- The website, the contact form, the link hub, and the cookie preference controls are live.
- Music is released through digital streaming stores. We link to those stores. Playback and downloads happen on the store, under that store's own terms, not on 34resets.com.
- Books are sold through third party retailers. Those sales are governed by the retailer's terms, not ours.
- The merchandise shop is not open for checkout. Product listings are placeholders and no payment processing is connected.
- The podcast has not published episodes and no podcast platform is confirmed.
- Member accounts are live and free. A signed in member can play the catalog on the site, download the material their account is entitled to, mark favorites, and leave ratings. No member feature is charged for and no payment processor is connected.
- No analytics package of any kind is installed on this site.
- We do not currently send SMS messages. The SMS Terms exist so that consent and opt out rules are published before any messaging program starts.
When any of the above changes, the affected policy will be updated and its "last updated" date will change.
Changes To These Documents
We may update any of these documents. When we do, we update the "last updated" date at the top of that document. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
