Response Times
We aim to acknowledge messages within two business days, and to resolve or give a decision within five business days of having everything we need.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. Times are Eastern Time, since we are based in Florida.
Urgent safety matters should go to your local emergency services first. We are not a crisis service and we do not monitor this inbox around the clock.
Privacy Requests
Send privacy requests to hi@34resets.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and tell us what you want: a copy of what we hold, a correction, deletion, or something else.
We will acknowledge, verify who you are, and respond within the time the applicable law allows. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy at /legal/privacy.
Copyright Complaints
Send copyright notices to the Copyright Agent, 34RESETS LLC, at hi@34resets.com with the subject line "Copyright Notice", or by post to the mailing address above. The required contents of a notice are listed in the Terms of Service at /legal/terms.
We have not yet filed a designation with the United States Copyright Office. We state that plainly rather than imply a registration we do not hold. It does not affect your ability to send us a notice, or our commitment to review and act on one.

What We Cannot Help With

Reporting Impersonation Or Fraud
If someone is impersonating 34Resets or the founder, running a fake giveaway, selling counterfeit merchandise, or asking people for money in our name, tell us at hi@34resets.com with the subject line "Report" and include a link or a screenshot.
We will never ask you for a password, a full card number, or a payment through a personal transfer app.
